The shipping time consists of two sections -
* Processing Time: Verification of order details, sourcing, quality checks and packaging. All orders are dispatched from manufacturer within 72 hours after the order is placed and the payment is received.
* Shipping Time: The time taken to arrive to destination after dispatch from warehouses.

Following this your package will arrive between 5-7 business days depending on your geographic location and availability of stock.

Tracking information may not be available for the first couple of days after you receive your Shipping Update email. Several days may pass between package scans. RETURNS
What is the return policy?
If your product is damaged or defected, please kindly email us with the subject line “Return: Damage or Defected item with your order #” along with aphotograph so we can immediately look into sending you a new one. The return policy will only apply to damaged items or products that have any manufacturing problems. We will not make any refunds or changes once
the product has been successfully delivered in normal condition. We do not refund shipping cost. Return shipping is to be paid by the Buyer.

Returns
Our policy lasts 10 days from arrival date. If 10 days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We accept the return on products which were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item or damaged item). If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. (We will do the best on our part with the refund to get it to you as quickly as possible. Because of slow logistics and shipmentt imes due to the pandemic everything is slowed down.)

When will my order be processed?
We want to make sure you get your items as quickly as possible. When ordering please make sure you select the correct model and colour because we cannot modify your orders. Modifications or cancellations cannot be made once the order is in the system. Orders will be processed within 24 hours of ordering and be shipped the next day after processing day.
Shipping confirmation
A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment. Shipping costs are dependent upon the weight of the package and delivery location. Customers are responsible for custom duties and taxes for all international orders.
Tracking
As the receiver it will be your sole responsibility to track your order and submit necessary requirements to the customs or courier otherwise if your order has been tagged as return to sender or unsuccessful delivery due to the receiver not being able to follow-up or have not submitted the necessary requirements or notification to the courier, we are not able to process any refund or replacement for free and you may need to place the order again.
Delivery
Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your parcel can be collected.
